The Home Front

This is a picture of a great hot dog I ate in the Chicago
airport once. Chicago isn't really "the home front" for me, but the home
front page is all about keeping it real, and I don't know how you can keep it
more real than by eating a hot dog. Except maybe by drinking some
strawberry milk with your hotdog.

This is my friend Annie with my cat. He used to be
called "Gallagher," but that name got cumbersome. Annie started calling
him "Pussypie," and I think that's a good name, but I also like "Foodbag," "Danglebelly,"
and "Kitty." Unfortunately, he died. So go
here.

I know it's creepy that I have two pictures of my cat in a
row, but I wanted to demonstrate why I say he's fat. Just have a gander at
that ol' hang belly dangling between the two chairs!

This is me in Florida at my friend Tori's house, getting ready
to throw some broccoli at idling cows. I don't believe in animal abuse,
but it was OK; throwing the broccoli only seemed to confuse them.

Here's me and my friend Katie at Garden of the Gods, near
Colorado Springs. It was a really weird but fun area to walk around.
I refrained from posting a picture of a rock that looked like a penis, but
believe you me, it was giggle-worthy.

Here are my friends from Pittsburgh, Josh and Tina,
bathing themselves in a fountain in Philadelphia. They drove out to
see me when I was visiting my friend Chris in Philadelphia in the summer of 2005.

Speaking of Josh, here's a picture of him in a costume store
in Philly.

Another Josh reference: here are our two gnomes, Bjorn and
Norm, in Philly. As a side note, if you've seen that movie Amalie or those
Travelocity commercials, those dicks ripped off our traveling gnomes idea. We
were doing that back in 1998. As another side note, since many people ask,
I'm not sure if our gnomes are gay or not.

This is me and my friend Chris, the friend I was visiting in
Philly. It's an old picture, but I still like it.

This is me and my friend Brian from Munich, at Snarf's.
He and his girlfriend Barbara visited Boulder for a few days in the summer of
2005.
We both look like we're about to sing a really low note.

This is me at my friend Christa's wedding. I "caught"
the garter belt, so I added some glow sticks for a full-on Olivia Newton John
look.

Here's a picture of my illustrious soccer team, the
Ünnëcëssärÿ Ümläüts. It was a great team, but we totally sucked. For
more info, check out
The
German Department Website.

Here's a nice still-life from the soccer season. Thanks
to Julien Katchinoff for the picture, but also for the hustle and blood.
